H3 Home Team is here to provide you with the best service possible. We provide a range of services for REO’s, Real Estate Agents, or Management companies. Services that we provide are: Winterizing and De-Winterizing
Initial Inspections – Full inspection is provided by a NACHI inspector and includes a full inspection with 20+ pictures to give your client a good idea of the condition of the property and major components. The report will be a computer generated email to you in PDF format to be easily forwarded to your client.
Lock Services – Initial drilling of locks so no damage is done to the door frames, then all exterior doors will be re-keyed with the same key for ease of access in the future. One key will be placed in a Lock Box and the rest mail to your office.
Initial Clean Out – All debris will be removed from the premises. The floors vacuumed and kitchen/baths will be sweep and mopped. We are also able to provide affordable roll off services if needed.
Window Board-ups – Boarding up for windows and doors using a two board system so there will be no damage to window seals or frames.
Winterizing of Property – The property will be completely winterized using air pressure and potable anti-freeze. We will also label the fixtures to keep them from being used by people viewing the property.
Cleaning of Property – We provide a good cleaning of the kitchen, appliances, and all bathrooms.
